Cancellation policy

Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer received the goods.

How to Withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform K-Bubble (info@kbubble.at) of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via e-mail). The goods must be returned in unused condition.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund will be issued within 7 days after receipt of the returned goods using the original method of payment.
