Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers through the online shop K-Bubble (owner: Dipl.-Ing. Miriam Widhalm, BSc).

§ 3 Offer and conclusion of contract
The offers in the online shop are non-binding. By ordering the desired goods, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when K-Bubble accepts the customer's order.

§ 4 Methods of payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, EPS (in Austria), Apple Pay or Google Pay.

§ 5 Shipping costs and delivery times
Free DHL delivery within the EU and Switzerland.
Shipping costs to other European countries are €11.95. Free DHL delivery for orders over €90.
The delivery time is 3-7 working days.

International shipping costs are €14.95 EUR.
Depending on the country of delivery, the delivery time is 3-10 working days.

§ 6 Warranty and Liability
There is no warranty claim. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

§ 7 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of K-Bubble until full payment has been made.

§ 8 Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Austria.
