Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer takes possession of the goods.

Revocation procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact K-Bubble (info@kbubble.at) of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The customer must return the goods in unused condition.

Return costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item using the original payment method.
